Every October since 2004, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the National Cyber Security Alliance have co-sponsored National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. This year’s overarching theme, “Our Shared Responsibility” is kind of like the “See something, say something” motto that’s often heard in other security venues, meaning cybersecurity is not just the responsibility of a single person or an organization.
